Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or if a wrong item has been delivered.
Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos or videos as proof.
The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging for return eligibility.
Once verified, we will arrange a pickup or send a replacement at no extra cost.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer after confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
Used or opened containers.
Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or exposure.
Items purchased under Sale or Clearance offers are not eligible for return or refund.
