At Lumin Coatings Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and safe manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through rhinoliquidrubber.com.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. For remote or unserviceable areas, our customer service team will contact you to discuss alternative delivery arrangements.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location).
Remote Locations: May take up to 10–12 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹ 500.
Standard Shipping Fee: ₹ 40 for orders below the free-shipping threshold.
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you make payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
You can track your order directly through the courier partner’s website or from the link provided.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the package is undelivered due to incorrect address or unavailability, it will be returned to us. Reshipping may incur additional charges.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and contents.
We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
